End of Term II Headteacher’s Circular Letter to Parents & Guardians

Warm greetings and best wishes from St. Charles Lwanga S.S. Kasasa. The school thanks God for His blessings and protection throughout Term II, 2025. The administration also thanks parents and guardians for their support in paying fees and other requirements.
Your child has returned home today, August 15, 2025, with a circular letter and a report card. You are encouraged to sit down with your child to discuss their report card , as well as topics like human values, life, and career paths.
Key Highlights from the Term
- Discipline: The students’ discipline this term was good and commendable. Any cases of indiscipline were handled at the school with the parents involved. The administration is committed to upholding good discipline.
- Academics: Continuous assessments were successfully conducted, and the required scores for S.3 and S.4 students were submitted to UNEB. S.4 candidates have been sent home with work, which parents are asked to help supervise. UNEB exams will take place in October and November.
- Co-curricular Activities: Students participated in a wide range of activities, including football, netball, and volleyball. The school participated in a science fair at Kololo and a mathematics contest at Makerere University. The boys and girls’ football, table tennis, and chess teams will be in Kanungu for the Lamennais tournament, and the boys’ football team will be in Gulu for the FUFA TV cup. - Health: The health of the students was relatively good. Parents are encouraged to have their child undergo a medical test before returning to school to ensure they are healthy.
- PTA AGM: The school successfully held its Annual General Meeting on July 19, 2025. Key decisions from the meeting are awaiting approval from the Board of Governors.
Important Information for Term III, 2025
- Opening Date: Term III will begin on Monday, September 15, 2025. All students should report to school in their proper uniform before 5:00 PM.
- School Bus: The school bus will pick up students from Lubaga Cathedral at 9:00 AM. The transport contribution is fifteen thousand shillings (15,000/=).
- Fees and Payments: Parents who have already paid their fees on time are appreciated. All fees must be paid through the bank using the payment code provided by the school and bank. A part payment threshold has been set, and students will not be allowed into school until that deposit is made.
- Pocket Money: Pocket money should be deposited into the student’s pocket money code. The school is not responsible for any pocket money lost while in the custody of a student or staff member.
- Important Payments and Requirements:
- School fees remain unchanged.
- Other requirements include a mosquito net, a metallic water bottle, and a basin or bucket for all students.

- September 15, 2025: Reporting day for Term III
- October 5, 2025: Blessing Mass for S.4
- October 15, 2025: Mennasian day at Kisubi
- October 18, 2025: Visitation Day
- November 1, 2025: Blessing of S.6 Candidates
- November 23, 2025: Diocesean Day (Masaka)
- December 5, 2025: End of Term III
