END OF TERM 11 HEADTEACHER’S CIRCULAR LETTER TO THE PARENTS & GUARDIANS

I thank the Almighty God for His blessings and protection and good health He has given to us the end of Term 11 2025. I thank you for the support you render to your son/daughter while at school, by paying the fees and all other requirements and the parental guidance.

Your son/daughter has returned home today 15th August, 2025 with a circular letter and a report card, sit him/her down; talk about the values of humanity; study life and career paths.

Discipline: The discipline of our students this term was good and commendable. The few cases of indiscipline have been handled at school with the concerned parents. The administration is firmly committed to uphold good discipline.

Opening of Term 111 2025: We shall open our gates for term 111 on Monday 15th September, 2025. All students should report to school in their proper school uniform before 5:00 P.M. Endeavour to provide all the school requirements before you send your son/daughter to school. The school bus will pick students from Lubaga Cathedral at 9:00 A.M; come with transport contribution of Fifteen Thousand Shillings only (15,000/=).

Academics: Carefully study the report card of your child and advise him/her accordingly. Spare time in your busy schedule and supervise his/her studies while in the holidays.

Provide your child with necessary requirements like calculators, mathematical sets, graph books, P.E equipment, and play materials for P.E. We successfully conducted continuous assessment for our learners and remitted the scores required by UNEB for the S.3 and S.4 students; Encourage him/her to work positively and creatively.

  • S.4 candidates have come home with work; help supervise it and cooperate in the education of your son/daughter
  • UNEB exams will be done in October and November

Co-curricular activities: Your child is exposed to a wide range of activities while at school. These include football, Netball, volley ball Encourage him/her to take them with a positive attitude for his/her physical and mental growth.

  • Boys and girls football, table tennis and chess will be in Kanungu for Lamennais Tournament
  • The boys football will be in Gulu for FUFA TV cup; remember to tune in and watch
  • Participated in science fair at Kololo
  • Participated in Mathematics contest organized at Makerere University Kampala

Health: The health of our learners has been relatively good; we thank God for his protection. I encourage you to carry out a medical test for your child before you bring him/her to school in order to ensure she/he is healthy especially the girls.

Fees: I am grateful to you dear parents/Guardians who have fully paid the fees in time and promptly. All fees payments must be done through the bank using the payment code provided by the school and bank.

I remind you that it is your responsibility to cater for your child’s well being while at school by paying the necessary fees and in time. A thresh hold of part payment has been established for each learner and the parent must deposit that money before the student is allowed in school.

I request you to support your child with enough pocket money which must be deposited to the students’ pocket money code. The school doesn’t take any responsibility for the lost pocket money in the custody of the student or staff.

PTA AGM: We successfully held our AGM on 19th July, 2025, Thank you for participation and deliberations. Key decisions taken awaits the approval of the Board of Governors. As a school we shall continue to equip our learners with the necessary skills and competences.
